All complaints are reviewed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, Content Monitoring Policy, and applicable laws.
How to Submit a Complaint
You can submit a complaint by completing our official complaint form or emailing support@seductiveseekers.com. To help us process your complaint promptly, please include:
- A clear description of the issue.
- The URL or Ad ID of the relevant content.
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or correspondence).
- Your contact details for follow-up communication.
Incomplete or unclear complaints may cause delays. You can also report issues directly through our website as explained below.
Report an Ad
Each Advertisement includes a unique Ad ID and a “Report” button.
- Clicking this button sends your complaint directly to our support team.
- We will review the issue, take appropriate action if necessary, and notify you by email.
Content Removal Requests
If your image or any personal content appears on our platform without consent, you can request its removal. To do so:
- Visit our Contact Page.
- Select “Content Removal Request” as the subject.
- Provide the relevant details and your preferred contact email.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request is received.
- Our team will review and respond within five (5) calendar days.
- You will be notified via email regarding the outcome.
Review & Resolution Timeline
We will acknowledge and resolve all complaints within five (5) calendar days of receipt.
Our team reviews each case immediately and aims to deliver a fair and transparent outcome as quickly as possible within this timeframe.
If further information is required, we will contact you promptly to complete the investigation. Complaints involving illegal or harmful content will result in immediate removal upon confirmation and may be reported to law enforcement if appropriate.
Appeals Process
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may submit an appeal within seven (7) calendar days of receiving our response.
Please reply to the same email thread, explaining why the decision should be reconsidered and include any new information or evidence.
Appeals will be reviewed within five (5) calendar days, and the final decision will be communicated via email.
Compliance & Enforcement
Users or advertisers who repeatedly breach platform policies may face:
- Account suspension or permanent banning.
- Immediate removal of illegal or misleading advertisements (without refund).
- Reporting to relevant authorities or law enforcement if required.
